It’s time for me to come out from behind the keyboard to meet you! Here are all the (current) RecipeTin Eats Dinner cookbook tour dates. Feeling shy about coming to say hi? Don’t be. I’m more nervous than you.

Plus, an opportunity to join me for a very special, one-off dinner – see below for details!

Australian cookbook tour 2022

I won’t lie. I’m a little nervous. Some of these event spaces are big. Some I’ll be cooking live at. Some I’ll be doing alone, with no Dozer by my side to clutch onto as my life raft.

But also, I’m excited! Looking forward to meeting you in real life, to chat about our favourite ways to roast chicken, reveal our secret foods-of-shame and agree how bread-n-butter counts as one food item in the Deserted Island game (if you say it really fast).

Sydney

The book tour kicks off in Sydney! Links to each event are provided below – for tickets and event details.

SYDNEY BOOK TOUR EVENTS

Tuesday 18th October
TIME: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
EVENT: Book talk and signing – with Dozer!
HOSTED BY: Kinokuniya (book store)
LOCATION: St Stephens Uniting Church, 197 Macquarie Street, Sydney

This is my very first event so it’s really special!

Saturday 22nd October
TIME: From 11am until my arm falls off (let’s say 2pm!)
EVENT: Book Signing – with Dozer!
HOSTED BY: Big W, Warringah Mall

Wednesday 26th October
TIME: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
EVENT: Cocktail party – with Dozer!

Sadly due to council regulations, Dozer is unable to attend these signings. Hopefully I am enough for you!


Brisbane & Gold Coast

EXCLUSIVE DINNER WITH ME – Sydney

And lastly, a small dinner party, cooked by me, hosted by me!

WHEN: Thursday 24th November 2022
EVENT: Dinner with Nagi
WHAT: Abundant multi-course meal with canapés, bubbles and wine, a group small enough so I can chat, eat and sip bubbles with each guest! It will be like an extension of dinners I put on for friends in my own home. Relaxed and probably a bit chaotic, but most importantly, it will be DELICIOUS and FUN!
WHERE: Rosebery (Sydney), in a fabulous industrial-style photography studio. I promise not to take a photo of every dish before you are allowed to eat it.😂
DOZER: He has been invited. RSVP is pending checks with council regulations and all that jazz.

MORE TO COME!

There will be more events, some very local to me (I’m in the upper Northern Beaches of Sydney) and some in unexpected places – not just in Sydney.

And if you happen to see me, just come up and say hi! I’m always happy to stop and chat, snap some pics, and sign books.

I intend to practice. The very first book I signed certainly did not go to plan…..

Life of Dozer

Life of Dozer is going to be rather exciting in the coming weeks as he joins me for book tour and media events!! He’s even been invited to join me on a TV show next week. This should be interesting. I see….Dozer running wild among very, very expensive TV cameras. It will be chaotic. It will be hilarious. And I will share updates!

Here we are, earlier today at Big W in Warringah Mall, the closest large mall to my home, doing som publicity. We’ll be back here next Saturday 22nd October 2022 for a book signing. Come along!

    I picked up mine from Dymocks on Thursday. I’m a pretty good cook (according to other people!) but never cease to find great tips and tricks from you. It’s just such a gorgeous book with really something for everyone!

    Hi Nagi, I’m on team for a Gold Coast swimming community group (around 100 swimmers turn up to open water swim every week). It’s called Saltwater Swimmers GC. I recently posted about my pre-order of your book, one for me and one for the swim coach. And the community swimmers all revealed they also follow you and ordered your book. I know you book signing at Robina library is sold out but I am wondering if we can organise an early morning book signing at the beach we will be located at. More than welcome to join us for a swim too! We are big fans of you and it would be awesome!!! Made your Cottage Pie last night, dairy free, total winner!!!

    Hi Nagi,

    I realised one day recently that I’d been using a lot of your recipetineats recipes online.

    So naturally I was enthusiastic when I read about the book and ordered two. Now that I’ve received them, I’ve bought four more and will probably buy more.

    The recipes are well written and include great information about the prep.

    If anyone knows me you will probably be getting a copy for Christmas!

    Hi Nagi, I went to Big W in Belmont WA to get your cookbook the day it was released. They hadn’t had time to put it on display at that time and fortunately the staff were able to find them out the back. I was so excited to be able to buy it and wish you every success. Please come to WA. Lots of love and kisses to yourself and Dozer and hopefully when you come to WA you will be able to bring him as well.

    Hi Nagi, love your recipes ❤️. I normally don’t for low recipes. But yours are great for a working mum running out of ideas and time but still want to turn out dishes of love. You are great 👍🏽.     Thanks for teaching me how to cook! I used to only cook on the weekends because I didn’t have time to make decent meals mid week, but no longer. Your book is wonderful and really hoping you can come to Perth so I can get mine signed 🙂

You were everything and more, my sister in the US is super jealous, my bladder prevented me from the book signing queue😂😂 ( but she’ll get the book for Xmas) and also the need for some bubbles to celebrate an awesome evening. My 3 teenage plus kids use your recipes and are all competent In their own kitchens😅, it’s such a gift to be able to cook good food and you make it doable for anyone ❤️( including me!)🙏🙏Sarah xx
