I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

    Dear Nagi, you have become our favorite chef! My husband and I just love preparing your recipes! Thank you!! We are waiting impatiently for your new book to be shipped to us in Canada 🙂 Re. Requests for new recipes… I would love to see your version of the Tartiflette! This is our favorite French Alps mountain dish… and on keeping with the potato theme, how do you make the best rösti potatoes!? Do you have a recipe for Zurich-style veal and mushroom ragout? Thanks!! All the best from the West Coast of Canada!

    In 2023, I’d love your take on a chicken and/or pork belly Banh Mi. I’ve tried a couple of other recipes I’ve found online, but I’d love your take.

    I would like to see main and side together. I can always come up with main, but seems to default too many times to salads. Other things I would love to see more of is bar foods around world type of foods. We are big fans of izakayas in Japan and prefer that type of eating to other offerings after prerequisite few kaiseki courses, Italian dinners and soba and udon places. Getting tired of ramen now.

    Hello Nagi…love your recipes! At a restaurant I had a simple salad of mixed lettuce leaves, glazed figs, pancetta and crumbled blue cheese. Could you suggest a dressing for this please

      Also a yellow rice salad. I’ve tried one that was delicious, it had some fruit in it (maybe sultanas, I’m not sure) but it was yummy. It had lots of flavour but the only recipes I can find use curry powder and I don’t think it was flavoured with curry powder.

    I hope you and Dozer are well. My mom and I were hoping you might have a recipe for chicken and cashew nuts. But not the one with yellow bean sauce…the kind you get from Chinese takeaway.

    Hi Nagi, can you please share the tips and tricks to making a smooth and creamy panna cotta? The recipes online vary so much on how much gelatin to use!

      There is a fantastic recipe over on America’s Test Kichen for vanilla buttermilk panna cotta…delicious, easy, flawless. The technique can be used for other variations.
