Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Hi Nagi! Happy New Year to you and Dozer!
I don’t have any particular recipes to request but my one wish would be to reduce the fat content without jeopardizing the taste. Your recipes are the best and I love them. Is this something you can achieve?
Love all you do – thank you! Would love some non-ethnic boneless chicken breast recipes for picky hubby. Thank you!
Hi there! Do you have a good recipe for Chili Rellenos? I love your recipes. Thank you. Also love Dozer!
I would love a really good (!) fruitcake, one with lots of glazed fruit. Most I have found are minimal in the fruit department.
I’d like to see more recipes that are typically considered nothing. i.e. serve with a salad. What salad? Serve with a simple side. What side? Finish with a light dessert. What dessert?
I’d love to see some recipes for things that seem like a no brainer but when asked to produce it your mind goes blank. Also, insight into how to time the preparation to correspond with the main dish.
Thank you Nagi for all the thought and hard work you put into your recipes. Your site is my #1 go to for everything because your recipes are not only delicious, but they always work!
I am writing from British Columbia, Canada where grocery prices have more than tripled in the past couple of years and are going up again in the spring. I’d love to see some recipes using basic, budget friendly ingredients.
I love your veggie samosa. Can you do one with ground chicken or turkey with veggies.
Thank you 🥰
Oh, Nagi, that’s so cool of you to ask for recipe requests!
Personally I would love to see more health-ified (full of veg and fruit) recipes, but with preference for quick ones and one-pot suppers (especially if they can be served to company). That would be absolutely amazing!! Also impressive dessert which can be made in 20 min or less (like florentine sandwiches) would be fun.
I love that so many of your recipes use the ingredients I often have in my pantry. Especially so these days, when food is becoming crazy expensive, I do my best to stock up when things are on sale or seasonal. Now to learn to sub butter in baked goods without using butter or shortening…..
Happy new beginnings to you and Dozer! Looking forward to seeing more of your creations!
Love from snowy Alberta, Canada.
Hi Nagi how to make a tasty wonton not spicy.
Happy new year to you both
Happy new year, Nagi & Dozer!
I would love some one pot meals, to make in a slow cooker. Also, some filling soups, good for the cold winter months in Europe.
Love so many of your receipes that I receive weekly or bi-weekly. I would like a great recipe for Wisconsin Cheese Soup. I’ve tried many that I’ve seen on various sites, but none of them are even close to a good tasting Wisconsin Cheese soup. Thanks, and Happy New Years.
Happy New Year!!
We would love to get a great Sukiyaki recipe – my husband is Japanese and remembers his Grandmother’s dish, but we’ve never been able to replicate. Thanks!!
This is from Nagi’s mom’s Japanese food blog ☺

A poppy seed stolen like my Croation grandmother used to make. A thinly stretched fine pastry roll filled with a wonderful crushed poppyseed mixture.
I live in the USA and love everything you make but I would like to know how to make meals for one (1) person. I am Kosher and do not mix milk and meat, any suggestions?
Can you create a dessert with matcha and strawberries. Two things I absolutely love!
Good morning on this MN snowy day. I experienced a delicious Japanese Soufflé Pancake for the first time. It appears to me that it has a lot to do with technic. Nagi, do you have a recipe and hints on how to make these pancakes.
Happy New Year Nagi and Dozer!
A recipe for Raspberry and white chocolate muffins please!
Dimmies! The kind we see on Mr. Inbetween. They look huge and amazing!! The ones in America are small.
Thank you! Love you!
I’d love a good peirogie recipe. Also would love some recipes that include suggestions of what to substitute for meat. Thanks Nagi!
