Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

I know it sounds boring but recipes that use a pound (500g) of beef or chicken or pork mince would be really useful to me. I always have the meat on hand but no new inspiration. Please help my midweek meals to be more exciting!

Just change the turkey for your choice of meat or stick with it.Here in the UK turkey mince is the cheapest type.

Hi Nagi, Thanks for requesting our input! I would really love an easy, good, gluten free pie crust and pizza dough recipe. Those two recipes are what my gluten free husband misses most. I have yet to find anything that is a keeper. Any help would be so appreciated!

Hi Nagi, Would love to see Air Fryer recipes as they are so popular over here in Canada. And of course I got one for Christmas that came with only one page of guidelines for cooking prep times. Thank you.

Hi Nagi. I love your streamlined Ottolenghi recipes. Could you please add a few more middle eastern dishes or make more Ottolenghi inspired (but way easier and faster) recipes?

Also I’m trying to find a good recipe for summer seafood boil and indian pani-puri (I can find the puffed crispy shells here but don’t know how to make the filling and waters). So refreshing.

I love you recipes for gatherings too. Easy and so delicious.

More dumplings too. I made your vegetarian dumpling recipe for my vegan sister and she said it was the best she has ever tried. Thank you!

I’d love to see more vegetarian and fish recipes. And maybe some newer flavor profiles? West African, Peruvian, Korean etc. I love your spice blends and would love to experiment with new cuisines through your recipes

I absolutely love your Asian recipes. I’ve made several of them multiple times. Would love to see more using a wok. How to achieve that smokey flavor that lomein and mongolian beef have.

    Hello, Nagi.
I was going to ask for ideas of how to use leftover ham, but thought I would check your page first. Of course you were already on this in a big way! So now I’m writing to just say thank you for all the wonderful recipes you have brought into my house and tell you how eager I am for the publication of your cookbook in the US. I am a MAJOR fan.
