I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?
More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?
But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

I’d love too lots of family friendly meals. One pot or simple quick recipes I can feed my small children without the need to add a heap of sides to make sure they’re getting enough vegetables etc.
Hi Nagi,. I would love for you to show us how to make real Italian pasta for lasagna, spaghetti, raviolis, gnocchis etc. And real authentic tomato sauces and other sauces too to go with raviolis. Ty!

Hi N! I can’t wait to get my cookbook bc it’s almost February! Yeah!
I would like to request a chocolate decadence mousse with two different kinds of choc, one being dark chocolate of course. Or dark chocolate and strawberry mousse with a dark chocolate cake on the bottom! I want unflavored gelatin to be used bc I’m not taking any chances and get scrambled eggs in it. Besides I can’t waste eggs bc they’re like gold right now! Lol. I’d like the mousse to be light and airy like the one that Julia Child made! Oh, and chocolate ganache on top too! It’s making my mouth water now! Lol I want to be able to make it for my parents bc it’s one of their favs and they haven’t had it in along time!
I lost touch with a chef friend that use to make it before I could ask her for the recipe. She moved around so much and not on media, that I don’t know where she lives anymore or how she’s doing! Sad!
