He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Hi Nagi, fabulous website. I’d like to see a recipe for aloo gobi. Plenty out there but I’d like you to wave your magic over it. A nice veggie meal done in about 30 mind.
I’d love an upscale lobster mac n’ cheese please! Also, gochuchang butter that can be used in different ways.

Would love to see your take on more Indonesian foods (love your gado gado and turmeric fish recipe!) such as Pempek (Fishcake with Vinegar Sauce), Nasi Padang (Steamed Rice with Various Side Dishes) and Es Cendol (Green Jelly with Iced Sweet Coconut Milk)
Also would be interested in your take on khao soi (Thai), street-food recipes like: che cheong fun, Vietnamese foods, “show-off salads” recipes, Asian buns recipes (like pork buns, taro buns), South African milk tart/malva pudding, Koeksisters, Gatsby Sandwich, Waakye (Ghanaian Rice and Beans)!

I would like to have more Christmas cookies like Greek butter cookies (KOURAMPIEDES), German Christmas cookies etc.
Air fryers are really popular in the UK now, so any recipes using them would be amazing. I absolutely love your recipes! You have a big fan base of me in and my friends here in Bournemouth. Thank you Nagi
Maybe make a budget/cheap meals recipe once a week using canned/tinned foods?
Hello Nagi and Dozer, I would like to get your recipe or opinion on making baccalà mantecato. This should be easy, but I failed miserabley, I had this dish in Venice and honestly, it was amazing. My version turned into a grey mess. In any case, I hope you are well and book sales are through the roof. Thank you!
OMG, I first had this in Venice too! Hang on, you’re not my brother-in-law Mark, who was with us in Venice, are you? 🤣
First, I must say I love every recipe I’ve made from your site! There hasn’t been one that was “eh okay”… they have ALL been delicious!!!!

Hi Nagi and Dozer, what about mince pies for next Christmas? Also would like some more healthy recipes as I’m piling on the weight since I started following your recipes (I don’t blame you its probably lack of portion control) but this year my new years resolution is to cut back and I need your help! I’m addicted to your yummy recipes😳🤣
Hi Nagi,
Could you please do some spice rubs for baked chicken thighs? Simple spice combinations from the pantry that are better and more economical than the commercial spice mixes by Nando’s, Coles, McCormack etc. Particularly “Garlic chipotle” and “Thai spices” would be amazing. Thanks for eveyy
I love your book and love your website.
Goat curry
