Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

Cheeseburger casserole with natural ingredients , please! I like to use whole food whenever possible but my family likes the processed stuff. Don’t know if it’s possible to use things like mustard seed and fresh dill for something like this, but if anyone can do it, it’s you!! Thanks for doing this- so fun!

    Lemon curd please!
Also my children love to bake and ‘rub in’ or mix only recipes mean they can be fully independent in the kitchen (still need some supervision when creaming butter and sugar).

Thanks for all your recipes – we know we can always trust your advice!

Soup dumplings 🥟Xiao long bao. I just love them. The best I have eaten were in the food court of The Star Casino in Sydney. Just the right size.

Hi Nagi, do you have any recipes where celery is the main ingredient? I buy a bunch just to get one or two sticks for a recipe and then never know what to do with the rest! I don’t buy the prepackaged celery in plastic as I am trying to avoid unnecessary packaging, but then I go and waste the rest of the bunch of celery🤪

I have the same problem but lately I just buy it and straight away half the sticks and freeze them. Then I just take them out and thaw for an hour (or run under hot water) and then use them. Works perfectly

With excess celery, break it into shorter sticks and put in a container of water stored in the fridge, you’ll get a week or more out of it, I had that problem too but not anymore

Work lunches please! 2023 is the official year of hybrid working, so I’d love some new lunch ideas to pack each week and of course cause some jellies with my work mates ☺ After working from home and eating leftovers (nothing wrong with that of course) and snacking on pantry staples, it would be great to have new lunches to try. Thank you!

My husband and I used to go to Meekak (Indonesian) restaurant and enjoy the Brisket Salad with Balsamic Cream Sauce – utterly deelicious!! I’m hoping you can create this lovely dish so I, and your followers can create it at home. Love your recipes, trying to purchase your book in but it’s VERY popular and in not easy to get up here in Bundaberg. I made your Firecracker (pork) for dinner last night, no sriacha no used 1/2 quantity tabasco instead. Just beeutiful. Keep up your great work and inspiring menus. Cheers, Judi

Love all your recipes and look forward to buying your cookbook when it becomes available in the UK. With more and more people now owning multi-cookers and air fryers it would be great if you could include ways to adapt these recipes . Maybe you could include how to adapt in the excellent cooks notes that are included in all your recipes. I bought a ninja 15 in 1 multi cooker as a treat for myself and would love to try some of your recipes in that but i wouldn’t know the best way to do that. Love the one pot recipes as well. Keep up the good work and look forward to supporting you in any way I can .
