I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?


But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

I would like some quick and easy and delicious 😃 recipes. The ones that you can cook when you get home tired at 6pm from work and you still have to cook for 2 persons.

I have a few suggestions! All different cuisines which I love to cook 🙂 orange and poppyseed muffins/cake, Italian wedding soup, onion bhaji, tteokbokki soup, boscaiola, greek dish spetzofai and kataifi pastry recipes 🙂
vanilla slice with passionfruit icing. Have tried loads of recipes ranging from some without eggs to some with 6 egg yolks and usu delicious but results so unreliable – too firm, too running, etc. Desperately need a reliable go-to recipe.

What about Cous Cous Royale. I had this dish while in France, it ha amazing flavors. I think it is a north african dish.

I love your recipes! How about African peanut soup. I make it with a tomato/chicken broth. Curry/ginger/peanut butter, I like to add sweet potato also. No set recipe when I make it but maybe you can boil it down!
Hi Nagi, thank you for your amazing recipes. I consult your website before every trip to the supermarket! I’d love to see some quick (15 min) recipes that meet at least 3 of the 5 daily veg requirements. A challenge perhaps?! Thank you!

Hi Nagi, I luv, luv, luv all of your recipes, in fact I have a lever arch file full of printouts that I have cooked from your website plus you book. Starting to battle diabetes, I would love your take on low carb cooking.
