Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

Anything “one pot” is always great. And added bonus if no searing is required. Thank you so much for all your amazing receipts!

Nagi, your cookbook is MARVELOUS. I did preorder it here in Australia.
I would like some quick and easy and delicious 😃 recipes. The ones that you can cook when you get home tired at 6pm from work and you still have to cook for 2 persons.
    Thanks.
Give a big pat to Dozer.

vanilla slice with passionfruit icing. Have tried loads of recipes ranging from some without eggs to some with 6 egg yolks and usu delicious but results so unreliable – too firm, too running, etc. Desperately need a reliable go-to recipe.

I love your recipes! How about African peanut soup. I make it with a tomato/chicken broth. Curry/ginger/peanut butter, I like to add sweet potato also. No set recipe when I make it but maybe you can boil it down!

Hi Nagi, thank you for your amazing recipes. I consult your website before every trip to the supermarket! I’d love to see some quick (15 min) recipes that meet at least 3 of the 5 daily veg requirements. A challenge perhaps?! Thank you!

I would love have a comprehensive explanation of the tangzhong method for yeast dough and how to covert a recipe to the tangzhong. You explain everything so well I really hope you can help.
