I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?


But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Custard slice or vanilla slice depending on which region you are in. The one with the pink icing that is at most bakeries in aus (I’m in Canada now so missing it!)
Nagi, we are obsessed with your cooking in my house! Haven’t found a single recipe we don’t love, and I’ve made a lot of them (numerous times). Can you make any VENISON recipes? Our neck of the woods has a lot of deer hunters! Also, we’d always love to see some more chicken thighs recipes. So easy and delicious!
Asian desserts! Such as Japanese cheesecake, matcha cake etc.

I would love to see your take on Maklooba! I’ve been looking for a good recipe for this for years and can’t find one that looks perfect to me. One of my favorite Middle Eastern restaurants serves a version with layers of mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, eggplant, cauliflower, and tomato-yogurt. It is such a comfort food dish. I would love to be able to make this.

Sounds a little boring but I love a good balanced tuna fish salad sandwich as only you can do. Since you created a lovely chicken salad recipe recently, perhaps you can tackle tuna fish. I’d be grateful.

French galette. Bosnian, Albanian, Macedonian, Bulgarian. These country use a lot of meat but I don’t know what they put inside, the meat is so juicy and delicious 🤤 . Thank you if you accept some of them.

I’d love to hear your take on Hainanese Chicken Rice! Would also love a recipe on some soft Asian buns – the kind you get at Asian bakeries 🙂
