More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Hi Beautiful Nagi and Dozer, my Dingo Dog and I will be working in a remote desert community this year so I would love some recipes using simple basic ingredients we can get at the community store. Hi Nagi and happy New Year.
When I was in cooking class at high school, like a million years ago, we made a dish from beef mince. It was a one pot mildly spicy hot and had sultanas in it. It was like a curry but not like an Indian curry. I have googled mince dishes and looked through hundreds of images but can’t find anything like it. Any ideas? Apart from that some evening dishes without dairy would be good. Thank you
Hi Gail, the meal you describe sound like Bobotie, a South African dish. It’s delicious.

Hi Nagi
My Grandma always used to make creamed spinach to go with steak. I tried to replicate it but can’t get it quite right. Any chance you can give it a go? Many thanks! 😁
Probably a children’s dish for fussy eaters. Happy new year.
Would luv to see some ideas on what to serve for special lunches. love your cooking site and Dozer . He is so cute
Hi Nagi, would like more slow cook meals, ones to prepare and then let cook away.
Hi Nagi, One of my fav restaurants closed after 50 years, taking with them the secret to making the best duck yee foo won ton in the world. I can’t find any other restaurants that make it, even half as good. can you take on that challenge? it wasn’t the deep fried won ton that was so good, it was the absuloutely amazing duck broth that was out of this world. i hope you can consider giving it a try. I’m happy to send a photo of it if you’d like. Monie from Alameda, CA
Hi Nagi,
Your book is amazing I have already cooked half of it after getting it for Christmas.
My wife and I recently went to Adelaide where we tried gnocco fritto (restaurant was Fuggazi) with whipped ricotta and honey. All the recipes online show the gnocco fritto as small parcels, but the one we tried was more of a large piece that you pulled apart.
Anyway that would be my last meal it was so good.
Thank you again you are literally the best
Still trying to lose the 2k I gained over Christmas would love a complete week of low Calerie recipes that I can follow religiously and not get tempted to deviate. Love your cookbook!
