I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

    For me definitely a moist (dear I say that word 🤭) banana bread.
    I’ve tried many recipes and they are always dry and unpleasant.

    I know you aren’t a fan of bananas but we’re in desperate need of a fool proof banana bread (and/or pear and raspberry bread) recipe please!! A ‘Mama Kaz’ replica (from Harris Farm) / cafe style that’s amazing when toasted and doused in butter 🙏 Thanks Nagi!! X

    I’d love for you to provide some recipes for those more unusual pantry items we’ve all bought with good intentions of using but they just sit there at the back of the shelf. Examples I have are quinoa, barley, chia. 😆 Work your magic Nagi!

    A Ćevapčići (aka Chevapi) recipe from Croatia/Serbia region.
    Easily the best sausage I have ever eaten. Great for fussy kids too, who wolf them down.

      In the meantime, try this recipe for Cevapi:

      It is pretty good and true to the authentic Cevapi from Croatia/Serbia. Now all you need is some Ajvar and Sauerkraut to go with it!!
