Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Love to see some recipes under the heading Good for the freezer. I cook on our farm for our seasonal workers both winter and summer in Oz, so good to have some stock in the freezer to save time.
Up voting “good for the freezer” recipes. I live alone so I batch cook to save time 🙂
I’ve been waiting for this!!
I’d love to see recipes for beef empanadas, chicken tamales, potato pierogis, and chicken and dumplings.
Thank you for sharing all of your recipes! They are delicious and appreciated.
Hi Nagi. Would appreciate low carb recipes please.
Hey Ngai…I love your food so much and if I need a recipe for anything you are bound to have one. I would love to know if you have a recipe for Spanish Chicken with Chorizo sausage. Back in the day McCormick’s here in NZ use to have a product that was called flavor shots and there were just that…A shot of flavor and they did one for Spanish Chicken and it was out of this world. I think I might have been the only person in NZ to be purchasing it because they discontinued after only a short amount of time. I miss it and would dearly love to be able to create this taste sensation again. Are you able to help?
Cheers Kelly
Years ago my Croatian friend had us around for dinner his wife made a beautiful dish, stuffed capsicums cooked in a broth we would love to know the name and recipe, unfortunately we have lost touch with afore mentioned friends

Hi Nagi,
I’ve suddenly forgotten the recipes I’ve searched for that were no where to be found on tin eats. I think it was 5 in all of 2022. pretty good!
But if your taking requests… the best cure for the blues is nostalgia and when I was little my grandmother would make me “creamed rice” I was 8 when she died and my mother can only cook two minute noodles and had no idea how it was made except that it had powdered milk in it as my grandmother lived through the depression and war.
I order it every time I see cold rice pudding in my chicken shop or wherever. I’ve tried to make it myself (without the powdered milk) and well I would prefer a tired a true recipe from tin eats to rely on.
Asking a lot I know.
perhaps a whole series on nostalgia you could ask your community to submit requests and vote on it.
I feel you do the great Aussie classics (influenced by all other cuisines) better than anyone else and could nail this!
or just more boring meal prepping family freezer dinners made in the insta pot. (I always am looking and never inspired to really do it)
My GG used to make the best rice pudding – 5 tablespoons arborio rice, 2 tablespoons sugar, some vanilla extract, 3 cups of milk and a knob of butter. Into a loaf tin and into the oven at 150 for like 2 hrs stirring regularly. Best ever

First of all. I LOVE your recipes. If I feel like something specific I check your website first to see if you have a recipe for it. My husband is Portuguese. Would love to see more of those. I haven’t been able to master their famous Bifanas sandwich. Thank you! Much love from Canada. 🇨🇦
