Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

Vegan/vegetarian recipes please, I love everything you do but a greater variety where meat is not the centre of the dish would be wonderful!

Jerk chicken, Turkish cuisine (iskender kebab, aubergine dishes, chicken beyti, kofte kebab, alinazak, imam bayeldi, stews). The Turkish cuisine is famous for its flavours and history of its cuisine.

One recipe I would like is Scoma’s (Fisherman’s Wharf, SF) sole dore. I opted for their cioppino, which was wonderful, but our guests’ sole dore looked awesome. Thanks Nagi! Janet

    Dear Nagi and Team,

I would love another copycat recipe… from a famous neighbourhood bakery that are baking close by in Brookvale but have a few shops all over the Northern Beaches. Their hazelnut chocolate chip cookie is so good!
Thank you for your amazing work!

Hi Nagi, my family and I love your recipes and think you are marvellous! Please can you publish three recipes for us:steamed custard buns, glutinous dumplings filled with sesame & peanuts and fried sesame balls (the ones with only a little bit sweet of filling)? Thank you so much and big hugs from England!

UK-takeaway style Chinese chicken balls (balls of chicken breast coated in golden, deep-fried, fluffy bread-like batter – about 2-2.5 inches diameter), please?

Historic recipes (we homeschool and are always looking for good recipes from different periods e.g. Roman, Victorian, etc.)?

Indian takeaway copycats (always seem to be very mysterious restaurant secrets)?

    Instant pot recipes?

Desserts (including tall, creamy continental gateaux e.g. German Torten)??

Easy fish recipes (like the baked panko recipe and baked creamy recipe – two of our favourites!).

    Thank you Nagi!

Dear Nagi, I have made at least 6 of your recipes, all truly lovely. I would love to have a sophisticated lunch menu, main course and pudding. My abilities are few as I have only been cooking for a year, you were one of my early inspirations. Happy New Year, Cresswell

I have read many recipes and tried a few, some too simple and lack depth, some too complex for a average cook.
