Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Every thing that I could want in terms of recipes seems to be already on your website 🙂 The only thing that I might like to see from time to time (in your notes, possibly) is you advice with respect to air frying as opposed to deep frying. i.e.: Would I be able to air fry your beer battered fish instead of deep frying it ???? Thank You !!
Low carb and/or instant pot recipes are my favorite!!!!! Would cook any that you dish up, I love your recipes!!!
I would love to see more healthy recipes with loads of flavor. Is that possible? Good for you and tastes good? haha
Hope this will be a good challenge for someone as talented as you.
Love love love all of your recipes.
Keep them coming, we can’t get enough.
Linda
Hi Nagi
Curried Tuna. Made from a tin of green seas tuna.
It was a favorite of my mums, served in a ring of rice. With parsley, I think it came from the women’s weekly, it was delicious and we sometimes had it for breakfast the next morning on toast. There was keens curry powder, milk, onion, rice, cornflour. Dad hated it but we kids loved it. Can you help?
Can we have some Indian food please. With love from Canada. Keep up the good work, we love you
Portable food please
Like work lunches
Starbucks makes a delicious and moist pumpkin loaf topped with pistachios. I’ve tried making similar loaf and nothing compares ( I’m no baker!). I’d love to see a recipe like this for the Fall.
I have tried quite a few of your recipes and have loved them all. And now with a 12 month old those quick meals really come in handy!
Banana bread! I can’t seem to find a banana bread recipe that turns out edible.
Or any soup! I love your soup recipes.
Not sure what’s happened to my request so apologies if you’ve got this twice! Salt & Pepper Squid and Spaghetti Carbonara please! 😬
How about some vegan recipes Nagi??
I’d love it if you could make us Type 2 diabetics who do low carb/Keto eating, some of your lovely Asian style recipes!
Thanks Nagi xx
Do you have a good cinnamon bun recipe?
This is Nagi’s recipe ☺

Hi Nagi. Would love to see a recipe for Salt & Pepoer Squid and also Spaghetti Carbonara. Love your recipes!
Hi Nagi, your recipes have been on rotation in our home and my go-to dishes for potlucks and they’re always big hits – thank you!!! ❤️ I love both your website (and cookbook!) so much that I’ve recommended it to my family and friends.
I’m Chinese but was born and raised in the Philippines and I honestly believe we have some of the best food in the world, but sadly we don’t get the same exposure as other Southeast Asian cuisines do. I was so thrilled to see that you featured our national treasure, adobo 🥰 Can you please shine a light on other delicious Filipino dishes such as Kare-Kare (oxtail stew), Sisig (chopped pork cheeks, once hailed by the late Anthony Bourdain as the “gateway to Filipino cuisine”), Pork Sinigang soup and many more.
Congratulations on the success of your cookbook. You are very talented and have worked so hard on your craft for many years – you deserve all the great things coming your way! ❤️ All the best for 2023 and beyond!
Anything that’s healthy but actually tastes GOOD! Possible? Hopefully 😂
Also anything with Paneer cheese. I’m obsessed.
Thank you for your recipes! I would love to see:
– Korean fried chicken!
– Pork satay with peanut sauce
– Crab cakes
– Meatless main dishes using a variety of healthier whole grains and veggies e.g. sweet potato tacos
To answer the question you asked 😊
– breakfast ideas
– nutritious meals that don’t require a lot of time
– heart healthy
– meals that are low in sodium and or keep the cholesterol at bay
– vegetable ideas (1/2 our meal should be but isn’t)
– vegetarian
– one pot
– lunch ideas that men can take to work and aren’t cold cuts
– frugal
– gout friendly
– and I’m also wondering, if possible, in your recipes (or somewhere) you can give tips on how to cut the salt in the recipes. Most of the recipes I’ve made seem to have soy sauce (I use the lowest sodium ones I can find) and or cheese 😋. I’m under the impression that you can cut salt out by using herbs/spices but don’t know/understand how to do that and have food taste good.
I would also like to ask/am wondering
– when you say “salt” in the recipe is it table salt or coarse kosher salt? I have always used table salt as I didn’t realize people use coarse salt for more than making dill pickles (that’s what my mom used it for).
– and I’m assuming when you say “thyme” it is leaves and not ground judging from the videos. I noticed that I have both and now am not sure when any recipes call for “thyme” which to use. ie in a soup
– and lastly, I’m not sure how I started getting your emails but definitely won’t complain 😁. What I’m wondering is if I enter my email in the “free recipe e book” section will I be getting double emails or different ones then I’m already getting?
Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into these recipes and the website. I really appreciate how you explain things and add tips in there as well. And thank you for sharing your precious Dozer with us.
I love your asian recipes and I would love to see a recipe for ginger beef/chicken. In western canada this is a very popular dish in the chinese restaurants. Fried strips of meat along with strips of carrot, onion and some chilli peppers I think. . Older versions had a sticky sauce that was gingery and a little sweet. Nowadays they make the sauce quite sweet and not too gingery. I prefer the old style but the new is good too.
I would love a simple Chinese chicken curry
I’ve been reading the suggestions, but it’s way too hard to scroll through — my eyes can’t take it anymore!
There are so many great suggestions. Can you compile them in one document for us? It’s really impossible to take them all in, this way.
Please?
