Hi Nagi, love the new book which my daughter bought me for my birthday. Well done.
My wife is celiac and I recognize you already do a great deal to make your recipes suitable but anything you can do make more celiac friendly recipes would be great.

Hi Nagi, I realise I maybe a little late but I would love to see in 2023 some recipes for cooking for a crowd….pretty please! Having family over for dinner can be so stressful so would dearly love some help!

As a heart attack survivor, I’m interested in easy everyday meals that are low in salt and bad fats, but high in tasty fresh ingredients, easy and to suit my partner low in carbs, like Montingac menus. Spices herbs and flavor are important. Cheeses like Fetta, Jarlsberg and Parmesan are ok in moderation. I also salute your initiative to provide meals to those in need. Well done on a great project I’m sure it will go well. Steve
Duck red curry
Duck pancakes

More sheet pan type recipes …like your Mediterranean Baked Chicken … love recipes where it can all be chucked in the oven and I can carry on with other stuff …
Some good slow cooker recipes or one pot throw in oven. Working mum need easy but nutritious.

Hi Nagi and team!
Would love you to do a version of japchae, some great salads, and more vegetable-based dishes. Thank you!
All of your recipes I have tried have been great. They would be even better with tips and tricks on how to make them gluten free. Let’s vint in France it is not always easy to get gluten free versions of some ingredients. Thanks!
Would love easy fish recipea
For 2023 recipes: more one pot recipes; also more home cooked ‘takeaway’ recipes – Eg like one pot oven baked chicken and garlic rice plus Mongolian crispy and sticky beef. Thanks Nagi!
Sheet pan recipes… easy throw it all together type stuff. Little prep etc. Both savouy and sweet.
thank you so much for the amazing recipes. Would love to find out how to disguise the taste of gluten free flours when I make scones. The flour has a distinctive flavor. The scones turned out so well and rose high, I used buttermilk, 1 egg, 2 tbs butter and GF flour. Maybe you could suggest something. to help. Kay
Would love simple and easy Asian inspired dishes recipe especially Japanese. Arigato 🙂
