Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

A seafood restaurant I used to go to in Dublin had a seafood lasagne on their kids menu that was amazing, it think they might have used a fish stock and maybe tarragon in it, I’d love to have a recipe for that type of dish please!

I love scalloped potatoes but even more so I would like a recipe for a potato au-gratin dish like you find in a nice french or Swiss restaurant. Thank you!

Hi Nagi. Re 2024 recipe requests. I often have to cook for my grandchildren 7. & 5. They just adore your Asian noodle recipes & cottage pie but I’d like some other recommendations easy recipes for tasty but not overly spicy food for the little kids.

And like some of your other fans more recipes using beans and pulses please. I used to make (40 years ago) ‘blazing saddles’ a spicy meatless dish with beans & rice and I remember it had capsicum in it but can’t remember what else. It was good & id like to recreate it again with your help as I’ve not seen the recipe again. Love all your food and your energy. Congratulations on the Recipe book success, well deserved.

    Hi Nagi,
I used to live in Taiwan & would go to this incredibly popular restaurant to eat their super famous & delicious Salt & Pepper Crab, it’s the only dish they made. I’ve never tasted anything as close to the flavour & perfecyion they achieved. If anyone can do it, I think you can come up with something as good as, if not better.
    Thank you,
    Jane

Hi Nagi, I would love a cook anything traybake recipe. Similar to your universal baked pasta recipe. One for cooking those last lots of veggies and proteins at the end of the week, with a range of flavour options.

Hi Nagi. I love your recipes. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Of course I am addicted to carbs, my enemy! I would love to see more recipes with low carbs but still filling. Thank you so much. Happy New Year to you and Dozer and your family.
