I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

    Love your recipes! Would love more main dish style salads, easy family meals for busy weekdays, and more oven friendly recipes… I’m not the best at frying!

    Hi Nagi & Dozer! I thought if some additional suggestions for you to post. I love soups…and specifically Mexican soups. I would love to see what you could do with Pozole, Albondigas (spicy meatball) Soup, & Chicken Tortilla Soup.

    Would love more Vietnamese and Thai dishes, particularly noodles and salads. Love these sorts of options, kids will happily eat healthily if there are noodles and a yummy sauce!

    Although I now how to cook it… I would love for you to share with everyone how to make a proper authentic Spaghetti Carbonara – The traditional Roman dish of just 4 ingredients… Eggs, Pecorino, Guanciale and Pepper!

    Have wished for a long time that I could reproduce the simple iceberg lettuce salad in Japanese bento boxes. There is something about the dressing I can’t figure out. Would love it if you could figure this out for me. Thanks

    Love your recipes!! Thanks for helping us non-chef types look like cooking geniuses =p
    I would love more recipes that give options for non dairy alternatives, please. I love creamy soups and sauces but have unfortunate developed an allergy to dairy products. And congrats on your cookbook!

    Is anyone else keen to learn how to make Panko breadcrumbs (without the additives and/or preservatives). Also, how do you make icing sugar? Surely it can’t be that hard, can it?
