I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?


But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Hi Nagi & Dozer! I thought if some additional suggestions for you to post. I love soups…and specifically Mexican soups. I would love to see what you could do with Pozole, Albondigas (spicy meatball) Soup, & Chicken Tortilla Soup.
Would love more Vietnamese and Thai dishes, particularly noodles and salads. Love these sorts of options, kids will happily eat healthily if there are noodles and a yummy sauce!

Is anyone else keen to learn how to make Panko breadcrumbs (without the additives and/or preservatives). Also, how do you make icing sugar? Surely it can’t be that hard, can it?
