I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

    Happy New Year Nagi and darling Dozer! 🙂
    Your website is my go-to at 4am (like now!) when I can’t sleep. I really love your recipes and positive, detailed chat and descriptions and use them often; I’ll be trying your focaccia barese later today, I make focaccia a lot but have never tried it with the potato.
    As for my request, I’m going to wear you out asking for a Kimchi recipe pleeasse, I have tried a couple but they’re not quite right, Warmest wishes.

    You give so much Nagi and your book is amazing. I have cooked a lot and all have been perfect. I would love a duck breast recipe – oh and by tomorrow as well please 🤣😂🤣

    Green chicken enchiladas (tomatillo sauce)! I’ve ended up having to make up my own recipe because you don’t have one.. haha.. Everything else I cook is using your recipes. My green enchiladas are one of my favourite things I make so I’d love your take on it. The sauce is so versatile, too.

    Hi Nagi. Love your work. the book and website have been getting a tremendous workout at my place. Your goan fish curry and 12 lamb are favourites.
    What I would love is a recipe for whole prawns where the whole thing is edible, shell and all. I had them at a Vietnamese restaurant once.

    Nagi, I’m trying to save money but cooking simple (and hopefully healthy meals) in the office instead of eating out. The office has a small microwave and access to hot water. Any easy microwave-friendly recipes will be very much appreciated! <3
