Hi Nagi,
Myself and my husband absolutely love your meals. Infact, I first cooked your caramel slice for my husband before we were together, and it was so good that it sparked his interest in me. So you could say that it helped to bring us together 😀.
Numerous recipes of yours have since been on our regular meal list of favourites that we like to cook.
We now have a baby, born in 2022. And suddenly, we are so short on time, and I am battling with my weight and lack of energy.
I would absolutely love to see a feature of some super healthy Mediterranean type meals made really simple and quick to make – and if possible, able to be made in bulk and frozen too.
This would be very appealing to me as a Mum! 🙂
I love your recipes especially when they can be adapted to different cooking appliances like instant pot/ pressure cooker- air fryer – thermomix

Hi Nagi, Happy New Year from Nova Scotia, Canada, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, you are my go to first for recipe ideas and have never disappointed! I got a new air fryer oven (the one with the door not basket) it has a rotisserie, rotisserie basket, perforated trays and a dehydrator function, I haven’t a clue on how to use it, I’m hoping you will eventually add an airfryer section to your repertoire (love that word, lol) the only thing I’ve done with it so far is run it for the 10 minute preheat so I can be ready to expand my cooking world, by the way, made your better chicken last night and it was so much better and easier than most of the other ones I’ve made, anything curry us always good, right? Thank you for all your hard work on this site and I hope to soon have your cookbook, Do you have a digital version available? (Much easier to take with me when I’m travelling in our little camper). Good food can also be made in a camper with the stove and toaster oven, it’s amazing how foods taste so much better outdoors! Which reminds me, must hike more, lol
I’d love a category based on lunchbox foods – especially make ahead items.
Even though most of your recipes can be modified to be vego options 😀 I would love more yummy vegetarian based dishes!!
