Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

    Hello !

Recipe l would love to get your take on is Thai Ginger Chicken Stir Fry please. I can never get the exact flavour ratio correct. If you do this one it will be perfect! I’ve only ever had one not so great recipe from you over the years and it was this Christmas…… the Antipasto Cheese Log 😱😂 sorry 😬 Having said that l’ve cooked dozens of your recipes and we love them all. We came out of lockdown a little on the chubby side thanks to the amount of second servings that were going on 😆

Truffle Mac and cheese! I’m in the USA and the flavor and crunch of the EVOL (frozen / TV dinner…) brand is phenomenal but we have not yet successfully recreated it.

We would love to see more slow cooker recipes. Also if you could either make more gluten-free recipes or put a note in the recipe to show how to change to gluten free. Our family love your recipes, easy to make and love to eat.

Self confessed meat lover, with 2 vegetarian family members so the more veg recipes the better. More veg curries like your Chana aloo (which features high in our rotation)

Keep up the amazing work, YOURE MY HERO!!!!

Cooking or baking has always been a success with everything you have posted including your cookbook. However my request is a style of cooking only because you do such a good job with your variety of recipes. I bought myself a mini Q Weber BBQ for Christmas and I love it. ! You do have to cook differently and there recipes are average and can be vague from there website and cookbook ….. would love you to bring on your “magic “ and bring there receipts to another level.

Heart healthy, My mum had a massive heart attack a few days after I received your book. Everything I have cooked from the book/website I have altered to have no salt and lite versions of ingredients. Thankyou for showing me all the different spices to use food no longer taste bland and we are loving the recipes!

I adore everything you make, and I can’t wait to get my cookbook!

My wishlist might be a bit vague, but here’s what I’d like:

    Fusion dishes

Restaurant or street food copycats–not chains, but several of my favorite recipes of yours, you mentioned trying to copy something you had. I love trying things other foodies have tried but I haven’t!

    Bao recipes

More seafood, especially with bold flavors like your Asian Chilli Garlic Shrimp, but also maybe along the lines of a paella?

Thank you for your recipes, whatever you decide to make!

Please make traditional street Shawarma (with toum sauce)
Also, Shakshuka (in different ways such as a tomato base, spinach base, leeks etc.)

    Hi Nagi,
What about recipes on a budget section? I know you already use A LOT of household staples in your recipes but a section to reference too when the shopping budget needs to be cut back a little would be AMAZING.
