I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Since you asked, I would love more casserole type dishes. Ones that don’t include pasta. Or any easy one pot dishes. Happy 2023 to you and Dozer! May you be inspired to create many delicious dishes.
I’d love a Nagi authorised recipe for Korean Fried Chicken
Would love to see some sous vide or steam oven recipes!!
I’ve learned so many new flavors and techniques from you Nagi! My wishlist:
*English muffins with options for spiced fruit or savory, plus option to make as muffins or loaf.
*Date scones
*Pita or Lebanese bread
*Lemon brownies / blondies
*Meals using less meat and padded out with more affordable, nutritious ingredients like veges, legumes.
Nagi, I love your recipes and use them quite often. Thank you so much for producing so many awesome meals for people all around the world.
Years ago I dated an Aussie who introduced me to beef curry pies and I fell in love with them (the pies, lol). I noticed you have a few beef pie recipes but I didn’t see any curry pie recipes. I would love to try out your variation of one of my favorite pies (with or without potato is great). I’m from New Orleans so I love a good, flavorful meat pie. =)
Thank you!

Hi Nagi (and Dozer), thank you for all you do! My request is for a dish I’ve enjoyed in Bali … Naughty Nuri’s bbq pork ribs. The ribs are incredibly tender and I saw they are boiled first, then slathered in a dark sauce and finished over hot (probably coconut husk) coals. I found an interpretation online but their marinade is essentially Ketcap Manis, and the original is so much more than that. So! It’s a request, but also a challenge 😊 Thanks again. Have a fab 2023 Chris x
Would love to know how to make Lahmacun. Soooo good!!

I’d like to see you do a recipe for Japanese/Cotton/Souffle Cheesecake, please!

I have loved all of your recipes which I have tried. You are my go to when searching what to eat. I would be interested in a weekly meal planner incorporating a part of one days meal being used to create another days meal. I once saw something similar many years ago and thought it was a great idea to avoid waste and reduce power usage.
Love this idea!!
