Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Volumetrics! I’d love to see more recipes that are lower-cal and simple. With Volumetrics extra vegetables are added to a recipe and meat is used mainly as a seasoning. Spices and flavorings also kick up the flavor. This technique works especially well in adapting “one pot” dishes like chili, soup, stew, pot roast with vegetables, salads, etc.
I Would love to see quick, easy,
main meal recipes , one pot meals and slow book meals. Looking forward to seeing what you have for us.
More pork recipes, please? 🙂 Pork is the cheapest meat where I live, and I’m always looking for more ways to cook it!
Would love to see a recipe for bao buns! And maybe some more curry recipes for the slow cooker
Can’t wait to see what you decide on. I just have a couple of extra suggestions.
1. Onion bhajis which I think are slightly different to your pakoras
2. More recipes using mussels
Finally more meal planners like you did during the COVID lockdowns.

Hi Nagi!
Thank you for all your recipes! You have turned me into a star in the kitchen. My kids actually think I can cook now 🤣 Can you make tamales? I’ve tried an failed miserably. An easy but delicious tamale recipe would be amazing! Looking forward to buying your new cookbook in the US in February! Thanks again!
Thank you for all you do, Nagi! ♥️
I would love some healthy, quick and complete meals that are relatively easy to put together (and that will last for a couple days) to make weeknight dinner prep easier.
I would love an Authentic Thai Red Curry recipe, so far have loved every recipe I’ve tried, thankyou
This is Nagi’s red curry paste ☺

Hi Nagi. Cold noodles! It always amazes me that we don’t make these in Australia (Hiyashi chuka). They are the perfect summer meal.
Your recipes are the best love it.
Easy French croissant recipe please
May I have a Rusk recipe. There are a lot of biscotti recipes but I’m yet to find a good Rusk recipe. Thank you.
Hi Nagi
Can you please create a recipe for a delicious evening meal where I can prep, cook and eat it…using only one hand!?
After being a passionate home cook for 35 years, an accident left me without the use of my right arm and hand. Suddenly I found myself navigating the world as a ‘disabled person’. Sadly, the joy of food and entertaining has waned. Cooking, eating and dining out are all now viewed through a complex set of planning questions – can I open the packet? chop it? lift it in / out of the oven? devour it in public with only one hand without making a complete mess? Do I need someone to cut up my meal for me (like a toddler). How much help do I need from my support worker/husband to cook this meal?
Each week, for the past 4 years, your website has been a trusted and steadfast source of inspiration for me and my disability support workers. Each week as I create my meal plan there’s at least one of your recipes included, usually more! That’s because your recipes are delicious, so well researched , and have so many detailed step by step instructions / videos that, as I reluctantly relinquish control of my kitchen, I feel I’m in your ‘safe hands’.
I know it’s a big ask, so I thought you could aim for it to be released in December in time for International Day of the Disabled Person (3 December 2023). And I’m happy to be your test cook if needed!
P.S. Have you ever tried use chopsticks using your left (non dominant) hand?? 🤪
Hi Nagi
I love all your recipes, especially your desserts 💖
I would love to see a waffle recipe ❤
Thank you 🙂
Hello Nagi,
Here is an unusual request and possibly a challenge. I have a cashew nut tree in my garden and this year it is laden with fruit – the cashew apple from which the tiny cashew nut grows beneath. While I know what is required to process the nuts (not easy and chancing third degree burns from the caustic latex inside the shell!) I have found limited use for the cashew apple itself which is quite safe to handle (unlike the nut) and quite edible.
Loads of busy Mum recipes please!
Make ahead meals, quick meals, slow cooker etc.
*healthy* moist banana bread.
I’m thinking maybe even gluten free (almond meal?) minimal added sugar (heaps of bananas?) and yummy.
I’d love to see a recipe for Sacher Torte
Seafood Rissoto
Fish cakes
Have you seen these? ☺

Apricot & Almond Cookies just like the ones you can buy in cafes. Our family loves them but I’ve never been able find a recipe which comes close.
