I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Hi Nagi,
Beef ginger stirfry would be great – how do they cook the veges so perfectly at Thai places?! Haha
Also some quick healthy meals that are kid friendly and easy on the wallet – is that such a thing?
Thanks again! Absolutely love your recipes!
Hi Nagi,
You already provided my recipe request, the last time you put out a call for wanted recipes. My request was Massaman Curry, and you delivered! Not an easy task, I know!! That recipe has been made many times here at my house!
I am not going to ask for anything specific, just that you stay within the same track on which you started. That is, easy “kapow” flavors but without difficult techniques. This is your signature style! Freezer friendly is a gratefully received, optional extra.
I bought 4 of your cookbooks for Christmas presents and they were all gratefully received!
Thank you and I look forward to more of your recipes.

Hi Nagi!
I would love to see your take on a Filipino dish – either Sinigang or Kare-Kare 😋
Cheers!
bee sting cake/bread
Dear Nagi,
Thank you for your inspirational recipes. I have lots of favourites already. I have been on KETO for several years but the 1 thing I can’t accomplish is sweets/ cookies that are crunchy without using regular flour. Also a dessert or bun recipe with cinnamon that actually works. Most recipes on the internet don’t work in real life……
Nagi, a traditional hawker style prawn mee goreng…omg just back from Singapore and I would love to make this as they do… (ive mastered sambal ikin bilis yummmmmm. Im sure Dozer could taste test for me 🙂
Have you tried this one?

I would love to see:
a. Some ‘three way’ style recipes for an easier family cooking life. Where you cook a main base that you split into three for 3 different meals – you add an extra ingredient or two for each variant. I prefer this to ‘one pot’ type cooking as I find one pot is often a little compromised and also doesn’t speed me up particularly.
b. A collection of different savoury pie fillings
c. A collection of different pizza toppings (think high-end pizza restaurant style. We often go to a restaurant in Limhamn, Malmö (Sweden). Here’s two creme fraiche pizzas they’ve done at different times as an example: 1. Creme fraiche, rosemary, sage, Cream of “La Tur” cheese and lavender, black pepper croutons and purple basil. 2.Creme fraiche, scamorza cheese, asparagus, cottage cheese, almonds, licource and red-wine boiled cranberries)
d. Some more day-to-day european style soups.
e. some ‘game’ recipes. Such as Venison (stews etc). Pheasant, etc.
f. for winter: some classic German and Polish recipes. E.g. German: Venison stew. (In fact german christmas market food in general – Kartoffelpuffer, Dresdner Handbrot, Currywurst etc!) Poland: “Bigos”. I love Bigos.
Thanks Nagi!
Hiyashi Chuka.
Indian Currys
German Spätzle
I’ve been making cinnamon roll so many times but not happy with any of them. Please help!
Red curry paste stir fry, chicken in black bean, sticky rice, chicken abd chorizo dishes, slow cooker chicken/turkey dishes, curries without coconut milk, one pot dinners, refreshing desserts, beef kebab variations, slow cooker beef dishes, venison recipes, caramel based bakes, easy ice cream, pickled ginger, onion rings, chunky oven chips, sauces for steak, black pepper chicken, morrocan meatballs, weeping tiger steak, traybake (savoury and sweet), pretzels.
Whatever your marvelous mind can come up with.
Thanks for all the recipes to dare.
These are yum 😁

Hi, Nagi! I would love to see even more vegetarian dinner recipes.
Mango coconut bread.
Hi there! Perhaps plant based, picnic recipes , or a cob loaf! 🤤
Please provide the recipe for…
Jonnie’s Beef, Elmwood Park, IL.
It is an Italian beef sanny. In the middle of winter people queue around the block for it.
When we fly back to Chicago, this our first stop.
Banoffee Pie!
Happy new year Nagi and Dozer!
I would love to see some Airfryer and bake/tray bake meals. I find it so hard to get quick meals on the table having adhd and kids with disabilities/food issues.
I’m loving your book too! They are always full of flavour and always work out. And stepped out beautifully…
Oh man where to start, I just love all your recipes! They are all so delicious and have a wow factor! I would love if you could make more noodle recipes you know the ones they serve at those noodle and company restaurants. My family always crave Asian noodles. I’m always at a lost on how to make them authentic and where to buy them? I never see a wide variety of noodles at the grocery stores. Also I’d love to see more healthy recipes but really anything you decide on I’m very excited to see. I can’t wait to purchase your cook book too. I’ve have cooked so many of your recipes and my family and I have enjoyed each one. Thank you Nagi 😊
I love Thai pork with basil and would love to be able to cook this myself.
Love your cookbook🙂
We really love prawns, but in Tasmania, we get only frozen prawns and prawn cutlets. Advice on how to deal with frozen prawns appreciated!
Also, recipes that work for two only. Barbecue recipes. Slow cooker recipes. Lots of quick stir fries. Japanese recipes for those of us who really love up market Japanese restaurants – not just easy lunch time sushi take away, but are kind of intimidated with delving further.
My family & I have recently moved to Cairns & we need some salad recipes for summer dinners
