I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

We like tofu… so tasty recipes…
We don’t mind if they are not too easy or not too quick. Just have lots and lots of flavou.!
I would love a recipe for hummingbird cake, I used to have one but I can no longer find it
More Thia & Korean main dish recipes. Keep up your good work. Your channel is my favorite!!
Thanks Nagi for all your recipes and inspiration to date. Love it! What would be great to have is more family- friendly meals that work for the kids too. Even if it’s a meal where you have the same core ingredients and then can branch off to create a kid friendly vs adult version (ie more spicy for Mum) Thanks!
I would love to see how easy it is to make fried red bean puffs, I only ever had them once at butchers buffet in Strathfield NSW, and I’ve been looking for something like them ever since.
I know you hate banana but I would love it if you did a banana bread recipe haha
Dear Nagi, is there such a thing as ‘easy’ biscotti??? If so would love the recipe
Pasties please!
Finnish recipes would be great.
Pulla
Rice pies
Salmon soup
Spinach pancakes
Hi Nagi, something I think you could rock is Chip Shop Curry Sauce! I’ve only ever had it from and English style pub but believe it is quite common in the UK and I would love to make it at home. Thanks for all your amazing recipes 😊
Hi Nagi, never saw any recipe from the Balkan Peninsula so it would be a good change 😃 thank you!
Some sort of mornay that is not tuna, like asparagus mornay maybe? Ooh and your take on Welsh rarebit.
I would love to see more recipes for relishes, pickles, chutneys etc. I struggle to make good ones that taste like the cafe ones.
I’d love recipes that would inspire to use my new Dutch oven. And I really love trying your recipes that need interesting ingredients that may not be as commonplace, as long as I can find them in the states. It’s always so helpful when you describe the differences between what’s available in the two hemispheres, and/or how things are just named differently.
Dear Nagi, happy new year to you and your family. I noticed you were asking people to make requests for recipes. I wanted to know if you would consider gluten and lactose free recipes. I was recently diagnosed with crohns at 33years old and it’s a difficult and sometimes challenging auto immune disease. They recommend low fodmap foods and generally very holistic and natural meals…no sugar, no gluten no lactose and avoid inflammatory and acidic foods. I am struggling to find recipes and really anything to give my food flavour…gravy’s and salad dressings. I would be so appreciative if you did have some recipes as will a lot of people in my shoes I imagine. All the best. Thank you
Me too pls! I have a son who is likely to be a dairy free kid and another son who loves foods with cheese! So i am trying to shift the meals i make to syill have it tasty minus the dairy stuff.

Hi Nagi,
I can’t find a recipe for Banana Bread on your website, so that’s what I’ll ask for!
Also, have you thought about air fryer recipes.
Thanks
Deb
Hi Nagi,
Happy new year! I would love your recipe for grilled calamari, Japanese curry and Peking duck!
