I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Prawn har gow please Nagi ❤️
More stews.

would like to see more menu with tofu. thanks Nagi
Easy dessertish style mousse. I am thinking whipped tofu type dishes. Or DIY yogurt consistencies using odd ingredients! I have been making black sesame tofu pudding and would love more similar ideas!
Hi Nagi,
Two of my faves when I was a kid,
1. Old fashioned Beef Olives
2. Latvian Piragi’s
Thank you for asking! I need to lose some weight for health reasons but don’t want to compromise on taste. Something lower fat with chicken, veggie or fish with strong flavour would be great. My favourite recipes of yours include curried lentils and Schwarma chicken to give you an indication of the flavour party I’m looking for! All the best in 2023 Nagi!
I would love to see a recipe for Pad Woosen.
hi Nagi, could you please create a set of recipes using choux pastry, starting with the basic recipe, then a few applications? thanks John
Hi Nagi!
I would like to ask for some sort of chicken and bean stew. I am trying to find a dish to prep (and freeze) for my daughter hot lunch at school. She is a big fan of chili, and i love it too from cooking/nutrition perspective. I am looking for something similar (protein and fiber) but a different flavor combo.
Thank you!
Would love to make “Pecan Sticky Rolls” like my aunt used to make; can they be made in a simple way without takng hours to proof and rise 3 times, etc.?
I would love some different tofu recipes and mince chicken recipes, that are different to all the ones currently available
Hi Nagi. Would you consider a recipe (with timing for oven and bbq) for a baked whole fish in a salt crust, please? Also suggestions re sides would be very helpful.
Many thanks. You’re an inspiration.
I would love pinwheel ideas eg pastry with chicken spinach, feta, and red capiscum etc
PS love all your recipes Nagi and the new book.
Hi Navi, please give us lots more vegetarian and vegan recipes this year. Thanks!
Quick prep recipes – busy family, sports events in the evenings require make-ahead or really quick prep. But I will still find time for the other recipes we all love!!! Thx Nagi 🙂
I second this request please Nagi! Super quick family friendly weeknight dinners! 🙏
I would love a recipe for a lemon slice with a yoghurt topping. My fave is a pre-made one by Springhill farms and I’d love to be able to make it myself.
I dont have one yet but am planning to buy an air fryer as everyone is raving so much about them. Maybe include some air fryer recipes??
Finger foods asian style
more dump and bake (like the lamb shank massaman curry)
