I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Would love to try your version of: tres leches cake and bienmesabe
I would love to see your recipe for Makani Dahl.
Hi Nagi, I would be interested in a no-suger or very low sugar tomato sauce for the BBQ.
Lanzhou soup! It is the next biggest thing in soups – and unlike pho, ramen et Al there isn’t a million recipes online for it so it is a genuine unknown recipe that I can’t attempt without your wise input and testing!
Hi Nagi,
I would love more
– Slow or Pressure cooker recipes (ideally instant pot) with limited prep time
– Make ahead recipes
– Vegetarian recipes
Since having a baby I struggle with preparing food at dinnertime as I’m being constantly interrupted so anything with little prep time or make ahead option is great. Love your recipes!
Just in case no one else has requested: Madeira Cake!!!
Hi Nagi, I would love for you to create the perfect Mee Grob recipe (crispy fried Thai noodles). The recipes I’ve tried just don’t turn out right for me. I look forward to receiving your newsletters and fantastic reliable delicious recipes again this year. Thank you.
Banana cake – do it for us!
I would love a recipe for my new favourite biscuit – Amoretti (or Amaretti).
Can we have a recipe for Shan dong or is Shan tung chicken
For busy days – Sheet pan / one pot meals for easy cleanup. For long weekend – make a yummy meal / freezes great to enjoy again later.
I would love to see a recipe for coconut rice balls and also how to cook with the netted spring roll pastry, I’d love to know as I’ve failed dismally with the netted pastry. Thank you for all your recipes, never any fails when I use them.
Happy New Year Nagi & Dozer
Your recipes have given my family some memorable dining experiences. I judge a great patisserie by their vanilla slice. The best that I’ve eaten was in Sorrento, Victoria. How about equalling, or bettering that. Thanks for your outstanding recipes.
Happy New Year!
I love your EASY lemon bars, something similar with another fruit would be awesome!
🙂
I’d love to see “healthier” (Whole Foods, veggies packed) recipes that aren’t salads and souls! Your recipes are always pretty clean in the whole food department but I’m always looking for healthier (lower calorie) for when I want something hearty or comforting too.
Can we do more ~authentic~ Indian food and also Caribbean food
Hi Nagi, Could you please post a recipe for “Salted fish and diced Chicken fried rice”. It’s a regular on our Chinese takeout menu and I would love to make it at home
Love your recipe book, I’m trying the Tachin tonight!
I’d love to see Mazesoba, more dumplings, maybe some retro Aussie dishes 😂
Hi Nagi, I would love any recipes that would be your go to lunch prep!
We would love to see you and Dozer make some healthy dogie food and treats as well.
Maybe dozer can release a cooking book for all his hairy fans.
We are loving all your recipes and look forward to any new recipes that come out .
