I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?


But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!

Your recipes are simply awesome and my family are really enjoying these flavoursome, fresh, quick and easy, fresh signature Australian style dinners.
I’d really like to see what you can make with more light on meat dishes and maybe some Indonesian influences (burba ayam, burba Soto) congees, kedgerees etc (any kind of bowl food really that has lots of interesting toppings to pack in flavour and the “Wow” factor 🙏🏻🙏🏻

An onion rings recipe sounds like a plan 😉 thick or thin, panko or batter coating we will accept any.
How to style/make a cheese board incl. the extras like relishes etc. could be a fun recipe idea.
Maybe friands to accommodate for the GFs amongst us.

Air fryers replace the need for costly & messy use of all oils…but I still keep the most expensive for spuds-duck fat.

Some ideas for slow cooker meals that take all day would be wonderful!! I work long hours so things that can be in the slow cooker for 10 hours would be amazing. (I just saw your 12 hour lamb last night-looks fantastic!)
How to make chilli oil. Also agree to more recipes that have an air fryer option
