I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Nagi, many years ago we used to make what was called Lemon Chiffon Capri–lemon sponge roll, lemon infused condensed milk, lemon curd and cream. Can’t track it down to get quantities. Made like a trifle. I would appreciate any help you can give. Wonderful to see you and Dozer back. Happy New Year. Thanks Gail
Been looking for a hearty, seedy grain bread. A little bit chewy with a crisp crust. None of that fluffy grocery store stuff that pretends to be artisan grain bread.
Desert tarts…like Almond Pear Tart or other fruit tarts…quiches
In desperate need of a foolproof pie crust recipe. One I absolutely cannot ever mess up despite my greatest effort. I’ve been cooking for decades and have yet to find a recipe that wasn’t a complete disaster
Have you tried this one? 😁

Hi Nagi, I love your recipes and have never tried one that hasn’t worked! I’d love a a recipe for Thai chili mince beef. Cookie (in Melbourne) makes the best version of this that I’ve eaten, and none of the recipes I’ve tried capture the delicious smokiness that the Cookie version has. I’d love to see your version. Many thanks for the opportunity to contribute to your potential 2023 recipes.
More quick, complete meals in one pot, and could you come and cook them for us? Worth an ask.
More quick, complete meals in one pot
I love noodles, vegetables and soup. Take your pick or choose all three.
Three words, legend:
Key
Lime
Pie.
More air fryer recipes. Such a great appliance but I primarily use it for roasted veggies.
Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef and Noodle Salad
Seafood Bouillabaisse
I would like some easy, healthy recipes.
I love all the recipes I have tried.
Hi Nagi – I was wondering if you might be able to do some FODMAP friendly recipes? It’s not something a lot of people know about and do but it is becoming a lot more popular. My Gastroenterologist has suggested it may help with my IBS. There are plenty of recipes i can find on the net but some a pretty average and you can never find a FODMAP friendly alternative to anything asian/takeaway etc.
Hi Nagi, I have just preordered you book, I can’t wait for it to arrive 😁 My neighbour raves about you and I can see why. Some more quick healthy lunch time recipes would be great. Thank you ❤️
Hi Nagi,
We we went to Vietnam a couple years ago and hand this amazing fried fish with chilli and bits and it was standing up if that makes sense . Would love to see something like that . It was a whole fish . Thanks , Fiona
Hi Nagi – I LOVE your cooking (and so does my family), I’d love more things where you can use the leftovers for lunch (I struggle with lunch ideas), I’d love Bruschetta ideas, and anything in one pan or on one tray is always handy. I can’t wait to see what you create!
More healthy recipes – low fat, low carb, no sugar – and more vegetarian.
Happy new year!
OK this is a hard one – hot cross buns – traditional with the spice just right – my daughter and I like to taste the spice not just have a coloured bread
Hello Nagi, been following you for years and bought your wonderful cookbook, definitely worth waiting for!
In Singapore we used to go to a family owned and run restaurant in a car park and they made a deep fried tofu with burnt chillies in kung pao sauce. It was the most remarkable dish and surprisingly not too spicy with the blackened, burnt chillies that we used to suck the sauce off when the tofu was gone. Never seen it anywhere and I would be delighted to have your take on it.

Thank you and love to you and Dozer for 2023 x
Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes I love all of them. We need no other cookbooks.
I would love to see some more recipes on bread making and off grid cooking, we will need in time to come.
Thank you so much
