I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Hi Nagi. Happy New Year. Could you please include dishes from not so well-known countries. Countries like Bulgaria. Thank you for asking!
After hurricane Katrina thousands of folks from Louisiana relocated to Houston. One of those families opened a small shopping mall restaurant serving Cajun recipes. My favorite was called Cajun Egg Rolls. It was basically dirty rice wrapped in a flattened turkey breast. This was then wrapped in bacon and the whole thing was then smoked. I’ve tried to recreate it but something is missing…… The restaurant closed in less than a year. Those things were soooo good!
Happy New Year. I have your cookbook and have made your crunchy bread recipe many times: it is easy and fail proof.
If you could I would love a recipe to make soft, fluffy Asian style bread, like the ones at Breadtop. Thank you.
Recipes suitable for
5:2/intermittent fasting diets: easy Indian & Turkish/Greek style recipes, PRETTY PLEASE 🙂
Recipe tin eats has been my go to recipe source since it first appeared. Guaranteed enthusiastic response from my picky eater if I say it is ‘one of Nagi’s’. I love the having alternatives for that ‘just run out it’ of ingredient too.
Would really like to see some, whatever is in the cupboard, type recipes – tinned and dried ingredients.
Keep up the inspiring work!
Hi Nagi, happy New Year!
With a young family, I’m always looking for nutritious meals that I can prepare ahead in batches and freeze. Things I can just pop in the oven or microwave.
Hey Nagi,
Love the one pot meals and maybe some slow cooker meals that can be prepped the night before and on whilst at work
Thanks
Happy New Year to Nagi, Dozer and all the team!
I just love your Indian recipes and have made lots of them so far.
Your Goan Fish Curry is just amazing (I use barramundi in mine).
I would really like to have your version of a Lamb Korma recipe.
Here’s to a happy and safe 2023! Thanks for everything you do x
Thank you Nagi for your dedication and hard work on putting out recipes! I find myself asking so many questions when reading other recipes, but never yours! You always include so much detail and notes to make it easier so thank-you!
Would love it if you could make lemon meringue pie, or any slow cooker meals would be appreciated. Hope you and Dozer a good New Year!
