I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

    I apologise for my bad manners. Happy new year wishes to Dozer and you also Nagi. I was so overawed by the Dozer interview that I had a temporary lapse in manners.

    Are you able to give us a few recipes on oysters, I am after a good tempura one.

    every summer I grow beans and often do not keep up with supply. I would like a recipe for bean seeds from the tough pods. I am a little weary of bean seeds with (the other summer surplus) tomatoes, onion, garlic and a splash of wine.

    Firstly, Happy New Year and all the best for 2023.

    Would love to see more tapas, antipasto, finger food for parties, which can be prepared ahead and preferably not flour based or deep fried.

    Hi Nagi,
    Happy New Year
    Love your Book, We have tried many from your book and many more from your regular posts.
    Many years ago there was an Indian restaurant in Crows Nest Sydney named Rajahs.
    They made the best Lamb Ribs ever. We have tried to find a recipe for them but to no avail and I have been told the recipe was supposed to be a “Secret”. I remember they were “Sticky” and Very “Dark” almost like Vegemite.
    It would be great to find some Lamb Rib Recipes
