Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

Way, way back in the mid-1960s, a small restaurant in London called “Fiddlers Three” served delicious ‘Chilled cream of salmon soup’.
I’ve tried recreating it several times, but the main sticking point has been making it suitably *creamy* and smooth; usually the salmon forms a sludge at the bottom. Any suggestions for a solution?
Various flavouring options would also be welcome – cucumber is a fairly obvious one, but a number of herb and spice combinations (Asian and otherwise) must be possible.
    Many thanks in anticipation, Michael

You are my goto recipe site. Couldnt cook without you. This is not a reccipe request rather a request for the name of the gas burner you use in your videos. I live in Scotts Head and we are unable to install gas. Your little gas cooker is just what I need. Thanks

      Hi Nagi
Love your recipes, putting up some amazing recipes inspires me to cook and try something new, out side the routine meal we cook.
I request you to make some gluten free recipes, it’s my biggest concern now a days, what to cook as gluten free meal

Happy New Year to you and Dozer.

My family loves your sausage & potato bake, also your rissoles. I’m wondering can you put the rissoles where the sausages are and continue the recipe or would the rissoles be too fatty?
Love those one pot meals. 🐘

    Hi Nagi.
Love the idea of lunch in a jar to take to work. Or any other lunch ideas. Crock pot meals are always useful for time. I’m am a kids bereavement counsellor and part of our therapy is baking. Any quick and easy baking ideas would be welcome. Kiss for your darling doza from me xo

I would love more slow cooker recipes… things that aren’t stews. Like curries etc.
Or a round up of recipes that you already have that could be put in a slow cooker. Thank you!

Oh, and Malaysian Curry Chicken – like you’d find in the takeaway shops in Aus. I’ve been struggling to find a recipe to replicate it and it’s sooo moorish

    Hi Nagi,
I would love a recipe on how to make the bing Chinese crepes that you can sometimes get in the food courts, They come with fried wontons and pickled carrot and loads of other options and are delicious but I’ve never found a good recipe.
I am loving your book esp the pictures of Dozer.

I would love some air fryer recipes please, they are a big thing here in the UK. I’ve had to use “non-Nagi” ones and they just aren’t that great!
