I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️

Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Weeknight healthy vegetarian meals would be awesome, Nagi. Some more tofu recipes maybe? Love everything you do xx
I use a delicious recipe that everyone rates 5/5 stars called ‘Roast Vegetable lasagne with spinach and ricotta’ off the internet- Food.com Even meat eaters rave about it!
Hi Nagi, I must admit ,when I’m looking for weekday dinners I always go to the collections, 15 minute meals first, so maybe a few more of those. Love what you share. Thanks
Happy New Year Nagi and Dozer, I cook your recipes for my daughter Rose, she suggested Chinese lemon chicken, prawn and ginger sui mai dumplings, curry puffs, jelly cakes and coconut, jam and meringue slice and apple turnover with cream
Yum and quick weeknight meals (hot cooked meals) that are not too tricky to make (under one hour). That are also healthy/balanced and good for everyday weeknight dinners.
Nagi, your recipes are hands down the best ever. You’ve changed the way I feel about preparing weeknight meals!! Please could you do some more desserts/sweets e.g. berry pannacotta, mango mousse, macarons, creme brulee, sponge roll!
I would love a stir fry chicken with ginger and shallots recipe. PS Love your cookbook and a happy New Year.
Your green chicken curry is a winner in my books.

Hi Nagi, This is basic, but it’s a challenge (for me). I would LOVE to see make-ahead work week lunches (sandwich alternatives).
I love your own suggestion… one pots or pans, quick family dinners, healthy dinners, recipes for 1 or 2 also would be good.
Thank you for all your sharing, love what you do!
Dearest Nagi, this year we are away for a few months in a tiny caravan. I would love an arsenal of meals that can be put together very easily, without using lots of bowls etc and which could be done on the stovetop. Cheers
I second this suggestion 🙂
my wish is for some egg free cake recipes
Kimchi pancakes! I know they’re theoretically one of the easiest Korean recipes but I’m never happy with the texture of my pancakes.
Use the crispy Korean pancakes recipe in my cookbook! It is PERFECT for Kimchi pancakes 🙂 N x
