SURPRISE! I’ve signed a contract for a RecipeTin cookbook! But this won’t be just another cookbook……This is going to be a cookbook filled with new recipes YOU ask for.

Let’s make this cookbook OURS!

RecipeTin Eats Cookbook Announcement

PS That’s just a mock cover!!

Finally – a cookbook!

This is real – a RecipeTin cookbook is happening! I’m committed – I can’t back out, I’ve signed a publishing contract with Pan Macmillan, a big name publishing house here in Australia.

Excited, nervous, daunted, scared…. all these words come to mind as I sit here, preparing myself for what will be the the most important and biggest project I have ever undertaken in my professional life.

Which brings me to the main purpose of sharing this news….

I want to make this cookbook WITH you, FOR you!

Let’s fill these pages with recipes YOU want! Mostly new, but even some favourites from the website!

RecipeTin Eats Cookbook Announcement

I’m going to be completely honest with you. I am under no illusion about how much work it will take to make a cookbook.

So for me to make this cookbook for myself, because, well, you know, it is kind of an ego boost to see your name on a printed book. That’s not enough motivation for me. I don’t deserve it! 😂

If, on the other hand, I make it for you…….. now THAT is what I call motivation. That gets me excited. That is what will give me the incentive to give this cookbook everything I’ve got, to make it the best it can be.

I want to make a cookbook that you will actually use all the time, rather than gathering dust on the bookshelf.

So tell me what you want in our cookbook! What type of recipes, even little details like adding nutrition information, storage and make ahead tips, or key dietary notes (like gluten free).

They will mostly be new recipes that are exclusively made for the cookbook though I will also include some long standing reader favourites from the website!

Let’s make this cookbook together. Leave your cookbook wish list in the comments section below!!

– Nagi x

PS Reminder – this cover is a fake!! 😂 You know full well I am going to ask for your opinion when choosing the real cover. ❤️

Life of Dozer

I know today’s big announcement is all about me, me, me. But that’s no excuse to skip a Dozer update! Here he is, disrespecting my cookbook already. Or possibly just thinks the photo is real food. It could be either. 🙄

Dozer sniffing RecipeTin Eats cookbook mock up

Though he has already expressed he is willing and able to help in any way possible with the cookbook. Thanks Dozer! We all know what your “help” involves….

I use your recipes all the time. They are my go to because they are so simple, easy, yet damn tasty! I also have some of the pickiest taste buds and I love everything you come up with! My favourites are your choc chip chocolate muffins with the Dutch cocoa <3, the chicken fajitas and your honey soy garlic chicken stir fry. I also love your chocolate mouse. It’s all amazing and will definitely be buying your cookbook as your recipes relate to the everyday persons pantry. Keep up the great work!

I just recently moved from Texas to Alabama and my new next door neighbor had me over for dinner one night. She fixed me a chicken and mushrooms dish served over rice – oh my goodness! It was delicious and I requested the recipe and she gave me your website. So yes, I am a recent convert to recipetineats and can’t wait for the cookbook. So where do I make my preorder? Girl, I’m soooo ready for it!

Great idea about your cookbook. I find your recipes inspiring which versify a huge range in culture variation of flavours. For your cookbook I would love to see some quick and healthy midweek meals for busy households and meals that take time for the lazy weekend day. What ever recipes you have I am sure that they will be brilliant and inspiring. Tonight I am making your slow cooked beef ragu and during the week honey mustard chicken and the Chinese Satay. As I have an elderly mother who lives on her own, meals on wheels are not the best for her. Have you got any recipe ideas that are gentle on an IBS stomach (no onion or can be easily omit)? It is a 5 hour round trip to visit my Mum and I need to make meals for her that are great for freezing and full of nutrition. Thank you

Hi Sue – try my Greek Chicken Rice (leave the onion out of these) here: https://discountspot.info/one-pot-greek-chicken-lemon-rice/#wprm-recipe-container-20690%3C/a%3E or my Chicken Stew:https://discountspot.info/chicken-fricassee-quick-french-chicken-stew/#wprm-recipe-container-68904%3C/a%3E or my Emergency Dump and Bake Fried Rice (leave out the green onion garnish): https://discountspot.info/baked-fried-rice/#wprm-recipe-container-66135%3C/a%3E. I hope she is feeling better soon!! N x

Although I love online recipes I really love cookbooks. To read for fun, inspiration and for actual cooking of course. Can you please put in some easy bread recipes. This time of year I am making your hot cross buns once a week!

I can’t wait for your cookbook to come out. I’ve tried many of your recipes and they always come out perfect. Which is a challenge for me as I’m married to a Chef who has his own restaurant (he’s actually a CWC). He loves when I make your dishes.

I found your blog after searching for a red chicken curry recipe. It’s our favourite, we make it almost once a week! I think that should be in the book. I’m currently perusing the rest of the website, got my eye on the german pork knuckle!
