Tell me what type of recipes you’d like to see more of this year! Leave your suggestions and wish list in the comments section at the bottom of this post. 🙂

I start off every new year thinking about all the new recipes I want to share here on my website. And as always, I completely over-think it. 🥺 I spend hours going back and forth, my mind in a total whirl. What do I think you want to see more of this year?

More quick recipes recipes? More complete meals in one pot? More healthy recipes? More finger food?

But – why try to second-guess what type of recipes you want to see? I’ll just ask you!
So, dear reader, tell me what recipes you’d like to see in 2023! Leave your suggestions in the comments below.

I can’t promise I can dish up everything on your wish list, but I can promise that I will read every single message and factor it in as I create new recipes throughout the year. Your feedback is invaluable to me, every time I put out these help requests. ❤️
Thank you in advance for your input!! – Nagi x
Life of Dozer
He thought hoped Christmas was over……. 🤭

Oooh, I wonder if you’d be able to come up with a comforting Soto Ayam recipe? Love you, Dozer and your recipes! X
I would love an easy foolproof kimchi recipe. Thank you for all of your great work.
Nagi’s mom has this one on her Japanese food blog ☺

I would love a fool proof pasta carbonara recipe. I know it’s supposed to be easy but I never seem able to get it just right
Khao Soi please!
Please give us a recipe for golden mushroom soup. It’s been extremely difficult to find one
I would love to see your recipes for oysters kilpatrick and mornay which you’ve contemplated sharing previously. I would also love to see a recipe for a mignonette sauce to go with fresh oysters.
Oh forgot, in 2021 I had the most amazing blue swimmer crab scrambled egg, that would be great if you could do one
Omg love love your food, would love more Japanese or references you your mums recipes, egg rolls, Chinese custard tarts, prawn hagrow, bao buns and good old Australian vanilla slice. Maybe some easy scrolls, wraps etc for school/work lunches- something normal people wouldn’t think of
Her mum does a good job with Japanese food.
Hi Nagi and Dozer,
Love the recipes on the site.
I was wondering if you might have some more gluten free recipes such as maybe pizza or sausage rolls.
Thanks
Brian
More fish recipes please
Hi Nagi, love your food! You’re my go to every time.
I’d love to see a gumbo recipe please.
Hi Nagi,
I got your cookbook and it is so good! Made so many recipes already. Love the Pad See Ew, Vietnamese Caramel Pork, Chow Mein and Magic Chicken Baked Fried Rice! Could you please do more Vietnamese recipes that would be easy to whip up for mid week like the sweet and sour soups? Or possibly even the Vietnamese/Cambodian noodle soup recipes in an instant pot etc? Thanks
Peking Duck Pancakes!!! Proper whole roast Peking duck and home made pancakes. 😁
Thai Stir fry ginger chicken please. There is a Thai restaurant in Sydney that had the most amazing stir fry ginger chicken but since we moved I have tried to cook it myself many times but just can’t find a recipe that tastes exactly the same as their ginger sauce!
An authentic Lumpia recipe 🙌 spring rolls rock but these were next level.
I have had them at a great restaurant in Melbourne but have no idea how to recreate. 😊 thank you 🙏
My youngest son has turned vegetarian and I was wondering if you have any good, non compromise recipes involving jackfruit as a meat substitute? Thanks Nagi!
Our family love Malai Koftas from our local favourite Indian Restaurant. The texture of the vegetarian balls and the nutty creamy sauce has become a favourite and surpassed butter chicken. We would love to learn how to cook them at home.
Do ahead meals – need to cook Sunday for Monday eating.
Also slow cook specific meals
Thank you
It took a while to work out what I would like to see, just loving all your recipes. But coming into the Lunar New Year and celebrating my husband’s culture, I think Long Life Noodles and other Chinese New Year recipes.
Hi lovelies, I’d love to see CRISPY vegetable pancakes, without all the added sauces like the Korean ones, but that type of thing (I found a frozen costco pack -but they are greasy even when cooked without anything on the hotplate).
Dozer, my boy sends a high paw and acknowledges the joys of Mumma in the kitchen.
Hi Nagi and Dozer!
I’m always looking for make-ahead party dishes and pot luck dishes that travel well.
